Clarifying ideas.Designing experiences.Building what matters.

I’m a product strategist and UX/product designer who helps teams get clear on the problem, the direction, and what’s worth building. Then I help turn that clarity into thoughtful digital experiences.

I’ve always been drawn to the space between an idea and what it could become.

01 — What I do

Six ways I help teams get to clearer decisions.

  • 01

    Product Strategy & Direction

Framing the problem, defining what matters first, and giving teams a direction they can defend.

  • 02

    UX & Product Design

Designing the full experience, from early concepts and structure through detailed interface design.

  • 03

    Complex Workflow Design

Untangling complex processes to make the work clearer, smoother, and easier to complete.

  • 04

    Systems Thinking

Seeing how the pieces connect, where friction starts, and how changes ripple across the system.

  • 05

    Research & Requirements

Turning conversations, constraints, and evidence into clear, testable requirements.

  • 06

    AI-Enabled Exploration

Using AI to widen exploration and pressure-test thinking without replacing human judgment and decision making.

02 — Selected work

Work that starts with the problem, not the interface.

From “build us a tracker” to a clearer operational system

A fragmented process became a product direction the team could actually build on.

Challenge
The ask was a procurement tracker. Discovery revealed a full lifecycle spanning planning, documentation, approvals, award, and contract management.
Role
Product strategy, discovery, requirements, workflow mapping, and enterprise product design.
Outcome
An MVP scoped around the decisions and handoffs that mattered most, with clearer ownership and visibility.

03 — How I think

The thinking that shapes the work.

  1. 01·LOOK DEEPER

    Question the request

The first request is rarely the real need. People often bring solutions before the real problem is fully understood. Trace the request back to what actually needs attention.

  2. 02·CONFIRM THE DIRECTION

    Choose the right path

Better execution cannot repair unclear direction. Polish helps when the direction is right. When it is not, better execution can make the wrong path harder to question.

  3. 03·CONSIDER THE CONTEXT

    Decide what actually fits

Best practices should inform judgment, not replace it. Patterns are useful inputs, but context determines what actually fits the situation.

  4. 04·SEE THE WHOLE

    Understand the system

The workflow often matters more than another feature. Much of the friction lives between steps, roles, and systems—not only inside the interface.

06 — Clarity Tools

Frameworks, packaged as tools you can use yourself.

Same thinking I use with teams, translated into self-guided kits. Both are in development.

07 — A little about me

Between unclear problems and the people solving them.

I’ve always been drawn to the space between an idea and what it could become. I use strategy, design, systems, and technology to turn unclear ideas into something useful and real.

My career has consistently placed me in spaces where I find myself translating ambiguity into direction teams can actually act on.

That work spans UX and product design, product strategy, startup leadership, operations, complex enterprise systems, and AI-enabled exploration.
